«DUAC BUSINESS GROUP» (DBG) began its career from the German-Ukrainian automotive company DUAC in December 1992. Thanks to our German partners: Wolfgang Schwaab (Kempten), Hans Fröhler (Weiden), Kristian Seitz (Berlin), we have obtained invaluable experience in the field of car import and in 1996 we organized the full-scale production of armored vehicles in Kyiv (Ukraine). Our experts were trained at leading companies in Munich and Hanover. During this period, we’ve produced more than 300 armored vehicles based on the MB, VW, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Lincoln, Chevrolet, Lexus, Range Rover, GMS, Cadillac, and Jeep.
Now DBG includes «ARMOREDLUX Ltd» company (Bansko, Bulgaria), our representatives work in Poland (Sosnowiec), in Germany (Brandenburg), United States (Philadelphia).
Among our customers there are a lot of banks, security firms, government agencies and private individuals. All our employees understand that on our company falls a great responsibility for the life and health of our customers! During the whole period of the work we haven’t received any complaint.
Thanks to the collaboration with partners in Canada, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Turkey, we are using the latest technologies, materials and constructive solutions. Recent events in Ukraine stimulated the development of new revolutionary designs that reduce significantly the weight, increase protection class, while maintaining a competitive level of price and quality. For example, if we take the MB Sprinter Maxi, equipped with protection class BR6 (the 3rd grade) constructed with the existing technology, its own weight is more than 7.5 tones. The same VIP armored MB Sprinter Maxi, already equipped with protection class BR8 (the 5th class), weighs 500 kg less. We pay a lot of attention to the use of electronic means of detection, neutralization of explosive devices, remote traffic route monitoring and fire safety. Our company has introduced a quality control system ISO 9001, which provides the use of only certified materials, input control of materials and components, control of technological and engineering documentation, finishing control of ballistic tests.
Our products have a number of certificates of compliance with national standards, meets the requirements of the producers of basic vehicles; our unique technical solutions are protected by several patents. To all of our products we provide user manuals, all-day consulting support, network of partners from all continents, maintenance service and repair. And the price remains 40% lower than prices of our competitors. This is due to the fact that all kinds of work are performed mainly manually, and wages of specialists in Bulgaria and especially in Ukraine are much lower than in Germany, the US and Canada.
